Event Design & Layout
At Grand Central Party Rental, we have the most up-to-date programs and systems to help you plan your next event.
Recognized as one of the leaders in Middle Tennessee in offering computer aided design (CAD) to our customers, we can
help you see what your event layout will look like before the event happens.
Our professional staff can walk you through the design process on paper prior to your event. By visualizing your event
before set-up time, you can make necessary changes and additions before the work begins. Along with CAD we offer free on-site
consultation to ensure that your event is worry-free.
Event Set-Up and Delivery
 
Delivery, pick-up and set-up are available throughout Middle Tennessee for an additional charge. Our professionally
trained staff will deliver your equipment to a mutually convenient location. Set-up of chairs, tables and other equipment
can be arranged in advance before delivery for an additional charge. All of our trucks are equipped with satellite systems
and GPS to assure you superior customer service.
